Note: Live support and offline production will conclude at 18:00 on February 10. Normal business operations will resume on February 26.

II. Production & Delivery Reminders

To ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery, please take note of the following:

AI Online Quoting: During the holiday, our official AI Online Pricing Engine will remain fully operational. You may upload 3D models at any time for instant quotations.

Order Fulfillment: For orders placed before February 10, we will make every effort to ensure delivery before the holiday. Orders received after this date will be scheduled for production in sequence after the break, according to our production queue.
